These terms apply to songmakeronline.com while Song Maker Online is in pre-launch. Full terms for creating songs, including ownership and usage rights for generated music, will be published before the generator launches, and you will be asked to accept them before you create anything.
The site today
The site describes a product that is not yet available. Features, languages, timing and pricing described on the site may change before launch.
The waitlist
By joining the waitlist you agree that we may email you about the launch and related product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by a particular date.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, including by submitting other people's email addresses without permission, sending automated or bulk requests, or trying to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Content
Text, graphics and logos on the site belong to Song Maker Online. Anything you type into the song preview box remains yours; you give us permission to store and read it to improve the product, as described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
