We reply to standard refund requests within 3 business days.

| What happened | What we do |
|---|---|
| You were charged twice for one purchase | We check the payment records and refund the duplicate charge. |
| Wrong plan, amount or currency because of our system | We correct your plan and refund the difference, or the full amount where appropriate. |
| You paid but the credits or plan never arrived | We add them within 3 business days; if that isn't possible, we refund you. |
| Checkout failed but the money was held | We confirm whether it was captured, refund it if it was, or help you release the hold. |
| You were charged after cancelling in time | We refund the renewal and confirm the cancellation. |
| You forgot to cancel before a renewal | Usually not refundable, but we cancel future renewals right away and may offer goodwill credits. |
Please include screenshots or bank messages that show the charge; they help us resolve it faster.
If a song generation fails, its credits are returned to your account automatically. You don't need to ask for a refund.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: most problems are solved faster by email. Accounts with an open chargeback may be paused until the dispute is resolved.
